- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆America's most convenient bank? Hardly. I went to the Prospect Street branch with a POA drafted by a Massachusetts attorney, and the manager wouldn't accept it. I had to file a complaint with the state and the issue was resolved with help from corporate. What should have been a 10 minute visit took over a week. The problem could have been avoided if the manager had forwarded my documents to the TD Bank legal department but she apparently thought she knew better.By Alana Lipkin, August 08, 2017
